Cats - Pippa and Pie

These two are farm Cats, sisters (well assume same mother, maybe different fathers, cats are like that)
Named Pippi or pipkin, pipsy, etc (for no known reason), but these days 2025 usually called Pippa
and Pie (because she is black and white patches like PieBald horse)
came for free from a neighbour, and were quickly Vaccinated and Neutered (spay?)
From being handsized kittens's (can't find those photos) they grew.
Then really worked hard on the job with hunting and killing Rats. Rats had been a problem here.
There must be some rats still around because they bring 'presents' (baby rats) in the spring.
from 2011/12 they are getting on in years now mid 2024.
Later 2024 Pippa was diagnosed by vets (another subject) with Thyroid problems and expensive Thyronorm prescribed.
cost and source, and arbitrary dosage, for this medication are causes for much research.
S reported Pie was Poorly in Aug 2025, but let her out. She hasn't been seen since then.
In Oct 2025, Pippa usually goes out at Night.
She comes into old-house for breakfast, stands on a windowsill (East or South) to be let back in.
She keeps somewhat random hours.
