Barry first met Hamish when he was quite young maybe 2, circa 2005.
Hamish was Susanna's dog at the Stables, Adel, Leeds. For many years he could jump over the 5-bar gate.
Hamish came to PCB, mostly walked at the Oswestry Racecourse, and on our land.
He would often go walkabout and lay
on the grass out front of Tony and Avril's house, who then phoned us to fetch him.
Just a few days after his 15th birthday, he 'gave up', vets came out, listened to his heart
and gave that head shake,
so gave him a lethal dose of anaesthetic, we buried him on the land at PCB,
soon followed by Yo-Yo.
